What Every Plan Includes as Standard

Regardless of the tier you choose, every Sinclair Ltd subscription includes a fully tested broker API connection, access to the monitoring dashboard, email alerting for breach events, and a documented onboarding process. The plans differ in the number of concurrent strategy slots, broker connections, backtesting depth, and the level of direct support available. Pricing is quoted in Uganda Shillings to eliminate exchange-rate uncertainty for East African clients, and billed on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term lock-in contract.

Pricing Questions Answered

Is there a setup fee on top of the monthly subscription?

No. The onboarding process — including broker API integration, strategy encoding, backtesting, and dashboard configuration — is included in the first month's subscription fee on all plans. There are no additional one-time charges unless you request a custom broker integration outside our standard list, which is quoted separately.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. If downgrading means reducing the number of active strategy slots, you will be asked to deactivate the excess slots before the downgrade is confirmed.

Do you offer a trial period?

We offer a 14-day onboarding review period on the Starter and Professional plans. During this period, if the broker connection cannot be established to your satisfaction, we issue a full refund. We do not offer open-ended free trials because meaningful backtesting requires dedicated compute resources.

Is billing in Ugandan Shillings only?

Monthly invoices are denominated in Ugandan Shillings (USh) as the default. Clients on the Institutional plan can request USD invoicing, which is set at the Bank of Uganda mid-rate on the invoice date.
