Every enquiry to Sinclair Ltd is handled by a member of the technical team, not a sales department. When you contact us, we will ask you three things: which broker you currently use, a brief description of the strategy you want to automate, and your preferred go-live timeline. From that information, we produce a compatibility note — a short written summary of your broker's API capability, whether your strategy type is supported, and a rough onboarding timeline. The compatibility note is free and carries no obligation. Most are delivered within two business days of your initial message.

Book a Technical Call
Schedule a 30-minute call with a Sinclair integration engineer to discuss your strategy rules, risk parameters, and go-live expectations. Calls are available Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 East Africa Time.
Send Your Strategy Document
If you have already written out your strategy rules in a document — even an informal spreadsheet or written notes — send it directly to our engineering team. We will review it and return a structured encoding proposal within five business days.
